Terms and Conditions

1. Event Overview

The OptSpot Operator Summit is a one-day event hosted by OptSpot on Monday, August 31, 2026 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton, 16006 Front Beach Rd, Panama City Beach, FL 32413. Doors open at 8:00 AM. Sessions run from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

2. Registration

Registration requires a $99 refundable deposit per person. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.

• A maximum of 3 registrations per business are permitted.
• Each attendee must register individually and pay their own deposit.
• Registration is personal and may not be transferred to another individual.

3. Registration Deadline

Registration closes at midnight on August 21, 2026. No registrations will be accepted after this date. We strongly encourage registering early, as seating is limited.

4. Deposit and Refund Policy

Your $99 deposit is fully refundable when you check in at the event on August 31, 2026.

• If you attend: Your $99 deposit is refunded at check-in. No charge to you.
• If you do not attend: Your $99 deposit is forfeited. No refund will be issued for no-shows.
• If you cancel before August 21, 2026: Contact josh@optspot.com to request a refund. Refund requests must be received before the registration deadline.
• After August 21, 2026: Deposits are non-refundable regardless of circumstances, except in the case of event cancellation by OptSpot.

5. Event Cancellation or Changes by OptSpot

OptSpot reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the event at any time. In the event of a cancellation by OptSpot, all deposits will be fully refunded.

OptSpot also reserves the right to modify the agenda, session topics, speakers, format, and other event details without notice. Changes will not affect the refund policy outlined in Section 4.

6. What's Included

Your registration includes:

• Breakfast (served starting at 8:00 AM)
• Lunch
• Access to all sessions
• Printed materials provided at check-in

Travel, lodging, and transportation are not included and are the responsibility of the attendee.

7. Conduct

OptSpot reserves the right to remove any attendee from the event for disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior without refund.

8. Photography, Video, and Recording

By attending the OptSpot Operator Summit, you grant OptSpot permission to photograph, record, and use your likeness in connection with the event. Photos and recordings may be used for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes including on OptSpot's website and social media channels.

9. Limitation of Liability

OptSpot is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property occurring at or in connection with the event. Attendees assume all risks associated with their attendance and travel.

OptSpot's total liability to any attendee arising out of or in connection with the event shall not exceed the amount paid by that attendee in registration fees.

10. Privacy

Information collected during registration may be used to communicate event details, updates, and follow-up information. OptSpot will not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from your attendance at or registration for the OptSpot Operator Summit shall be resolved in the courts of Bay County, Florida.
