Who is this summit for?

Car wash owners, GMs, and marketing leads, whether you're on OptSpot or not. Single-location operators and multi-site groups are both welcome. If you run a car wash and care about retention, revenue, and getting more out of the tools you have, this day is for you.

Can I come if I'm not an OptSpot customer?

Yes. You're welcome here. This day is led by the OptSpot team and is built around showing car wash operators what's possible. If you leave wanting to know more about working with OptSpot, great. If not, you'll still walk out with a clear picture of the strategies the most successful operators are using to grow their business.

What does the $99 deposit cover?

It holds your seat. When you check in on August 31, the $99 is refunded to you. You attend for free. The deposit exists to keep the room full of operators who intend to show up.

What if I register and can't make it?

If you don't show, the $99 is forfeited. Room size is limited and every empty seat is a spot someone else could have had. If a real emergency comes up, email josh@optspot.com and we'll handle it like reasonable people.

Can I bring a team member?

Yes, up to three people per business. Each person needs their own registration and deposit. The more people from your team who hear this content, the easier it is to implement when you get home. We cap it at three per business to keep the room varied and the conversation useful for everyone.

What should I expect from the day?

Sessions run 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Breakfast is ready when you arrive at 8:00. Lunch is included on the fourth-floor terrace. Sessions are practical, not lecture-style. Expect real conversations and real numbers. You'll leave knowing exactly what to do next.

Where should I stay?

The summit is at the Embassy Suites at 16006 Front Beach Rd, Panama City Beach. A hotel block is being arranged and details will go out to registered attendees. If you want to book early, the Embassy Suites is your best bet for convenience. Panama City Beach has great food and plenty of reasons to make a long weekend out of it.

What's the dress code?

Business casual. It's Panama City Beach in August. Comfortable is fine. Don't overthink it.
